  • If you provide or upload content to our platforms (e.g., LMS or applications), you retain ownership of your content but grant Bitflow Nova a limited license to host, store, and process it as necessary to deliver our services. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate intellectual property rights, privacy, or applicable laws.

Account Termination:

  • Bitflow Nova reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if:

  • You violate these terms or applicable laws.

  • Payments are not made as per agreed terms.

  • Fraudulent or malicious activity is detected.
